Artistic Stone Design is a locally owned and operated company that fabricates, sells and installs natural stone and quartz surfaces. We are conveniently located behind the Ukrops supermarket near the Chesterfield Towne Center Mall in Richmond, Virginia, but we service all of the following areas:
Richmond, Petersburg, Midlothian, Powhatan, Hanover, Henrico, Colonial Heights, Northern Neck, Ashland, Chesterfield, Amelia , Prince George, Dinwiddie and Tappahannock VA
We fabricate and install kitchen countertops, vanity tops, tub surrounds, bar tops, table tops and fireplace surrounds for residential and commercial markets.

SELECTION PROCESS
Visit our showroom and slab yard to select from hundreds of slabs in every color from tight grained materials like Ubatuba and Venetian Gold to exotic materials like Juparana Crema Bordeaux and Golden Fantasy. The beauty of natural stone is so varied that we invite clients to select particular slabs for their projects. Our highly experienced selection coordinators guide you through the entire process, from material selection, to choosing edging, backsplash, sinks and faucets. The selection coordinators also work closely to coordinate convenient times for installation.
CUSTOM DESIGN
Do you have a challenging project? Our team can help you with a one-of-a-kind design. Concerned about layout and how grain pattern will appear at seams? Our sawyer can lay out all cuts, with your input, to determine the most aesthetically pleasing seam position to turn your dream into a work of art.
FABRICATION
All projects are fabricated in our new state of art facility that can be viewed from the comfort of our showroom. You will see a combination modern technology and artisans at work custom cutting and polishing stone.
Artistic Stone Design is eco-friendly. The fabrication process requires an enormous quantity of water to cut and polish stone. We recycle 100% of our water saving the environment the equivalent of water needed to wash 150 to 200 loads of laundry per day.
INSTALLATION
All projects are installed by our skilled team in order to provide consistent, superior quality. No sub-contractors are used. Fully licensed and insured, we have years of experience in both residential and commercial settings.
TURNKEY SERVICE
Do you have a reliable, licensed plumber and electrician? Artistic Stone Design does. Do you have contacts for appliances, cabinetry, tile work or general carpentry? Artistic Stone Design does. We offer one day turnkey service to keep your kitchen, well, a kitchen. Not a construction zone. Our same day turnkey service includes the following:
- Removal and disposal of old tops, sink, dishwasher and cooktop.
- Installation of new custom granite tops, sink, faucet, dishwasher and cooktop.
- Hook up of all plumbing by a licensed plumber.
- New granite tops by dinner is our goal.
